Sustainability Statement

A growing number of Local Authorities throughout the UK are requesting a Sustainability Statement as part of a planning application submission to demonstrate that the proposed development is being designed to meet both local and national planning policies in regards to Sustainable Development.

NuPlanet Sustainable Solutions, through collaborative discussions with the project design team will create a suitable Sustainability Statement that demonstrates all policies have been considered at the early concept and planning stages.

Our Sustainability Statements can include an energy appraisal based on preliminary SAP Assessments when a separate Energy Strategy report is not required.
