As an alternative to a detailed full duty building service design, we can offer a building service performance specification. This is more suitable for simpler construction schemes and is often a much more affordable option of ensuring the client requirements are met.

This service is commonly used for simple residential or design & build schemes where the performance specification is used to highlight the clients aspirations and technical requirements, whilst also ensuring that minimum standards and compliances are met.

Our collaborative approach is to work with the client and design team to develop the client brief. A performance specification is then developed for inclusion either in the tender pack or D&B contract.

Our service can then extend beyond the specification stage to include onsite monitoring and commissioning inspections.
