POE can be a powerful tool to evaluate how a building actually performs and what affects it has on the occupant. NuPlanet Sustainable Solutions offer independent POE studies on both new & existing buildings.

Through a process of site monitoring, auditing, and occupant surveys we are able to provide the building owner with useful data that can be used to reduce consumption, improve building performance and occupant comfort levels, as well as highlighting possible issues with the building services.

We are able to provide POE on residential and commercial developments in support of associated targeted BREEAM credits.
