This proposed six-storey mixed-use scheme consisting of 34 apartments and a café, will replace a former pub located within the Fishersgate & Southwick area of Shoreham Harbour and is regarded as a gateway scheme on the main link road between Shoreham & Brighton & Hove.
NuPlanet were appointed to develop the sitewide energy strategy and provided a supporting Energy Strategy & Sustainability Statement report for submission as part of the planning application. We also undertake a BREEAM Pre-assessment to demonstrate that the commercial element of the scheme could achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
