OVERVIEW
NuPlanet worked closely with the very talented award winning John Pardey Architects provided a detailed building services design & building compliance services on this beautifully design river side house.
The remote location meant we had to adopted a number of renewable systems including Ground source heat pump, a Photovoltaic array, and a battery storage system. A fresh water borehole & filtration system was included in the design to provide a fresh water supply to the new house.
Our brief from the client was to include a number of affordable smart technologies to enhance the homeowners usability and future proof the house.
