OVERVIEW
The project consisted of replacing a dated detached house with a block of 7 new apartments and a pair of semi-detached 3 bedroom houses in the heart of Hove, East Sussex.
NuPlanet where appointed at the early concept stage to provide a supporting Energy & Sustainability report within the planning application.
Our services were retained through the building regulation stage to undertake the SAP Assessment and Water Calculations, and proceeded right through the construction phase before providing post construction air & sound testing.
