OVERVIEW
The project consisted of converting a former mortuary and funeral home building to create 7 luxury apartments with a further 3 new apartments created through an extension.
NuPlanet provided CSH & BREEAM Assessment services to help demonstrate that the scheme had met the sustainable assessment requirements as required as part of the planning approval.
A full set of building compliance services were also provided across the scheme.
