OVERVIEW
The project was the 2nd phase to the Montefiore Road development we worked on. The project involved the construction of a new 3 storey contemporary detached 4 bedroom house.
NuPlanet assisted the client and project team by providing a full set of Building Compliance services and providing design consultancy and sustainable assessment services to demonstrate the house was built to a CSH level 3 as required in the planning approval.
