OVERVIEW
Set in the South Downs National Park in the market town of Lewes. The project involved redeveloping a former petrol station and car salesroom to create a terrace of 3 houses and a pair of mews houses to the rear.
NuPlanet were appointed at the planning stage to provide a supporting energy & sustainability report. Our services have been retained to include various building compliance services and prepare a building services performance specification at the tender stage to ensure that the clients brief is clearly included within the tender documents.
NuPlanet have also been appointed to provide a detailed ventilation design to included whole house MVHR to meet the planning requirements.
