OVERVIEW
NuPlanet have worked with In-House Developments on two sites in Braypool Lane, Brighton which has involved the development of three high spec detached houses.
Our services have included the provision of an energy strategy report at the planning stage, Code for Sustainable homes Assessment, building compliance, and a detail ventilation strategy design consisting of whole house MVHR systems including post construction balancing and commissioning.
