OVERVIEW
The proposed scheme involved the redevelopment of a former public house to create a mixed use development of 10 houses, and a 5 storey block with community space on the ground floor and 23 apartments on the upper floors.
NuPlanet were appointed to undertake a BREEAM Pre-assessment, provided supporting Energy Strategy and Sustainability statements at the planning stage and undertake a daylight & sunlight study to demonstrate suitable levels of natural light are achieved across the development.
