OVERVIEW

ECE Architecture obtained planning to replace dated detached house with a new block of apartments that are in keeping with to its surroundings but with a contemporary twist.

NuPlanet have been appointed by the clients Baobab Developments to provide building compliance services and a detailed building services design.

The proposed scheme has adopted a number of new technologies including exhaust air heat pumps to provide the heat & DHW demand and meet the ventilation requirement in each apartment.

Baobab Developments are known for their architecturally designed high end schemes that are not only beautifully designed, but also consider the usability of the new home owner. With this in mind NuPlanet have considered a number of smart technologies within the services design.
